We are Dominican Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Kloster Strahlfeld near Cham, Oberpfalz is our home. Africa and Colombia are our Missionfields.

Our Mission today is the witness of our life in prayer and proclamation, openness to the world, and hospitality. Every year young African Sisters share in our life and Mission.

In Kloster Strahlfeld the Sisters run a Conference Centre ‘Haus der Begegnung’, a Klosterladen, and a care home for the retired and ailing Sister. In Kuerten-Biesfeld near Cologne,  two Sisters run a retreat centre named ‘Haus der Stille’.

As Dominican Sisters we live according to the values of the gospel, and support all that supports life. In collaboration with others, we create an environment which will help all to find meaning, healing and  wholeness.
